DGSIGNART Media Consulting Corp. (“DGSIGNART,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at dgsignart.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

– Contact and project information submitted through our intake form (name, email address, company name, website URL, the discipline you are asking about, an optional monthly ad spend range, and the details you write to us)

– Your email address and the website address submitted through our site audit form

Information collected automatically:

– Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps)

– Standard request data received by our hosting provider (Vercel) and by the font service that delivers our typefaces (Adobe Fonts), which necessarily includes your IP address

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

– Respond to project inquiries and schedule consultations

– Confirm site audit requests, run the audits you ask for, and deliver each report to the confirmed address

– Honor unsubscribe requests

– Analyze site traffic and improve the user experience
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to those described above.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site:

– Resend: delivery of the messages you send through our contact form, and of the confirmation and report emails for site audits you request. Resend processes the contents of these messages in order to deliver them. Resend’s Privacy Policy

– Supabase: database hosting for site audit request records. Supabase’s Privacy Policy

– Google: storage of completed audit reports. Reports describe the audited website and do not include your email address. Google’s Privacy Policy

– Vercel — website hosting and content delivery. Vercel’s Privacy Policy

– Adobe Fonts — delivery of the typefaces used across the Site. Your browser requests these files directly from Adobe, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Adobe’s Privacy Policy

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, linked above.

Site Audit Requests

When you request a site audit, we send one confirmation email to the address you provide. The audit runs only after you confirm, and the report goes only to the confirmed address. If a request is not confirmed within 24 hours, it is cancelled.

Every audit email includes an unsubscribe link. When you use it, we stop sending site audit emails to that address.

Cookies

The Site does not set cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, it runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not use cookies for advertising or behavioral targeting.

Data Retention

– Contact form submissions: Project inquiry data is retained as long as necessary for business communication and then deleted.

– Site audit requests: If a request is not confirmed, your email address is deleted within 7 days. Confirmation links are recorded only in a one-way coded form, and those records are deleted 30 days after the link expires. Records of confirmed requests are retained as long as necessary for business communication and then deleted.

– Unsubscribe requests: To honor an unsubscribe permanently, we keep a one-way coded form of the address on a suppression list, indefinitely. The code cannot be turned back into your address and is used for no other purpose. To be removed from the list, write to hello@dgsignart.com from that address.

– Server logs: Request logs held by our hosting provider are retained according to Vercel’s standard retention periods and are not used to build profiles of visitors.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

– Access the personal information we hold about you

– Request correction of inaccurate information

– Request deletion of your personal information

– Opt out of marketing communications at any time

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

European residents (GDPR): We process your personal information based on your consent and legitimate interest (analytics, responding to inquiries). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
